Booking and Polices

All appointments are booked through me directly either in person, phone call or text message.

Any personal information I hold about you including your name, address, phone number, email address, colour information and skin test results will be held securely either on my phone which is password protected or in a secure locked area.

colour record cards are kept for a maximum of 6 years

should you need to cancel your appointment please give least 48hr notice

otherwise a £20 cancellation fee may apply.

All new colour clients are required to book a consultation at least 48hrs prior to colour appointment.

Your consultation including a patch/skin test is charged at £20

this cost is then deducted from your colour appointment.

If the tests show we are unable to carry on with your chosen colour service 50% of the consultation fee will be retuned to

you

All regular colour clients are required to have a skin test at least every 12 months, following manufacturers instructions

Payments can be made by either Cash, Bank Transfer or sum up card machine
